The Maintenance Assistant helps keep Solara’s facilities impeccable—from gardens to pools to guest areas. This role works closely with the engineering and landscaping teams.
Responsibilities

Assist in minor repairs: lightbulbs, loose fixtures, small paint touch-ups

Check poolside equipment, sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor lighting

Support gardeners with watering cycles and trimming

Escort external technicians during inspections (HVAC, elevators, boilers)

Conduct daily rounds identifying hazards or maintenance needs

Help prepare facilities for large events (moving furniture, checking power outlets)
