Responsibilities

Refresh rooms according to luxury protocols: bed styling, bathroom detailing, fabric refreshing

Maintain minibar stock, replace amenities, and note guest preferences

Use eco-friendly cleaning supplies and high-efficiency equipment

Report maintenance issues through the resort’s digital housekeeping system

Assist with deep-cleaning rotations (balconies, marble surfaces, decorative linens)
