The Kitchen Steward ensures the resort’s restaurants run smoothly behind the scenes. This role keeps the culinary environment safe, clean, and organized for daily service and large events.
Responsibilities

Operate commercial dishwashing machines and sanitize utensils

Clean prep stations, floors, and stainless-steel surfaces

Move ingredients from storerooms to kitchen areas

Assist chefs in basic prep during peak hours (washing produce, arranging trays)

Handle waste separation following health regulations

Support banquet preparations during events and weddings
