Responsibilities

Harvest oranges, mandarins, lemons, and specialty citrus varieties by hand

Use picking bags and ladders safely to reach canopy fruit

Transport filled crates to the collection points

Assist with removing fallen fruit to maintain orchard health

Support rapid harvest cycles driven by weather and fruit maturity

Work in coordinated teams guided by the Head of Cultivation
